Data may also be collected via the INPI's public platform, for the purpose of notifying clients and non-clients of matters relating to the protection of their intellectual property registrations.

How long do we keep the data?

The data we process is kept for as long as the purpose for which it was collected is maintained, or for the period stipulated by law, if applicable.
